Our old factory covers an area of 18 acres, with a construction area of 8,000 square meters. It has the latest technology equipment such as large-scale automatic sealing rubber mixer and automatic fabric cutting machine. We can produce various types of cloth belts 3L, SPZ,O,Z,M, A, B, C, D, E, 3V, 5V, 8V agricultural belts and joint belt.Poly V-belts,...etc, We have a product development and testing center, which can carry out various regular tests such as rubber vulcanization test, fatigue test, tensile strength test and extraction force test .
Our new factory is located in Hongsan Rubber and Plastic Industrial Zone, covering an area of 40 acres. We started in 2014 and have fully relocated and started production in 2017. Our factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters, including 2 units of 10,000 square meters standard factory, 1 rubber compounding center, 1 research and development center, 1 molding workshop and 1 staff dormitory. After putting into production, we will reach the production capacity of 100 million A meters of various rubber belts.
